  Food is generally quite o.k from a takeaway point of view! Unfortunately I and many others have experienced rude service and have been taken advantage of when I've had a few too many. This place used to be great a few years ago, but since changing of management its gone downhill!

  i work in manchester and live in sheffield so get to pass this place a lot.
  i often stop in for a takeaway supper on the way home late at night.
  
  they seem to have a fairly high turnover of staff with only one (presumably the owner/boss) a semi permanent feature.
  
  he seems a helpfull cheerful bloke, does a good job of preparing whatever i ask for quickly and simply, plus he did a great job of dealing with and defusing a drunken aggressive customer when i was in recently.
  
  its hard to say too much about a takeaway. they make food. you pay and leave. but over the past 3 yrs of using this one, i still go back and use it again. that speaks volumes in a town like Glossop with possibly 20 other options.
